Terms of Service

Plans may be billed monthly or annually based on your selected subscription.

Founders Circle is available as either one payment of $10,000 or four monthly installments of $2,500.

Stripe processes all payments.

We may update pricing with at least 30 days of notice.

Failed payments may result in a grace period followed by service suspension until payment is resolved.

Standard commission rate is 40%, Founders Circle multi-pay is 45%, and Founders Circle one-pay is 50%.

All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period.

Minimum payout threshold is $50.

Payouts are processed monthly and require manual administrative approval.

Commissions are subject to a 120-day clawback window aligned with the Stripe dispute window.

We may modify commission rates with at least 30 days of notice.

Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive referral activity may result in immediate termination.

Commission examples and projections are illustrative and are not guaranteed earnings.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, impersonation, interference with service operation, or any activity that violates rights of others.

Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, data models, or underlying structure of any part of the Service.
• Copy, reproduce, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service's software, user interface designs, workflows, or data architecture.
• Use the Service, or any information obtained from it, to build, assist, or contribute to a product or service that competes with Mapable or Market Engine.
• Systematically scrape, crawl, extract, or harvest data, content, design elements, or functionality from the Service by automated or manual means.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or markings on or within the Service.
• Access or use the Service for benchmarking, competitive analysis, or to develop competing offerings.

All software, source code, algorithms, data models, APIs, user interfaces, documentation, proprietary methods, trade secrets, and other intellectual property comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Market Digital LLC, protected by copyright, trade secret, trademark, and other applicable United States and international laws.

No license or right is granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise under any intellectual property rights of Market Digital LLC, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service during your active subscription strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Customer data remains customer-owned. You grant Mapable only the rights described in Section 7 to host and process that data for service operation.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Service, you grant Market Digital LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or ongoing obligation.

“Mapable,” “Market Engine,” and associated logos, names, and visual marks are trademarks of Market Digital LLC. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

You may cancel at any time, and service access continues through the paid billing period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, abuse, or non-payment, with notice when practical.

After termination, you may request data export for up to 30 days, after which remaining data may be deleted.

Founders Circle payments become non-refundable after the first 30 days.

Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days.

Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules on an individual basis.

Class actions and class arbitration are waived.

Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
